Crestron Electronics has announced the official release of Configure Pro platform, a professional configuration platform built to help residential dealers design, configure and deliver Crestron Home OS projects faster and more consistently.

Built for the realities of modern smart home projects, Configure Pro simplifies system configuration through standardized, no-programming workflows that reduce setup friction, shorten training cycles and help dealer teams maintain consistency across projects as their businesses grow.

Whether configuring a single residence or managing a complex whole-home deployment, Configure Pro gives integrators a reliable foundation for delivering Crestron Home experiences that are built right from the start.

“The best smart homes start with the best tools,” says Michael Short, Vice President, Marketing Operations & Residential at Crestron. “Configure Pro was built to support the professionals who bring Crestron Home experiences to life every day. It gives dealers a faster, more intuitive and more scalable way to deliver exceptional systems while preserving the flexibility and craftsmanship that define a true Crestron home.”

Configure Pro introduces intuitive tools for some of the most detailed parts of the configuration process. Clear input and output labeling simplifies audio and video routing, while visual keypad configuration provides a more readable layout for actions, engraving and button behavior. A visual Sequence Editor with support for delays and conditional logic makes it easier to build, understand and maintain powerful system behavior without writing code.

The platform also reflects Crestron’s continued commitment to the professional dealer community and its True Blue approach to product development. Dealer feedback from early access helped shape Configure Pro, refine workflows and prioritise features designed for real-world installation scenarios.

As the platform continues to evolve with Crestron Home OS, Configure Pro will provide a modern foundation for ongoing innovation in smart home configuration. Further enforcing this evolution, Crestron also recently announced larger validated system sizes for Crestron Home deployments, empowering dealers to tackle even more ambitious projects within the platform.

“Dealer time is valuable, and every minute spent searching, correcting, or waiting on another team member is time that could be spent moving the project forward,” says Michael. “Configure Pro is designed to remove those small points of friction that add up across a real installation. It helps technicians work confidently, helps teams collaborate more efficiently, and helps business owners protect quality as they scale.”

To support adoption, Crestron Technical Institute will offer dedicated Configure Pro training resources, including self-paced content and live educational sessions built to help dealer teams get productive quickly. Additional resources, documentation and community support will be available through Crestron’s online dealer channels.

Configure Pro is available now for Crestron Home dealers.
