Daniel J SaitCUK Group has appointed James Drummie as Technical and Training Manager, strengthening its technical support and training offering for residential AV dealers across the UK and Ireland.
James brings more than 25 years of experience in the AV industry, having worked across retail and distribution in sales, sales management and product management roles. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with dealers on home cinema design, product selection, customer demonstrations, technical support and training.
A familiar face within the residential AV sector spending many years at distributor AWE Europe, James has previously presented at industry events including CEDIA and EI Live!, taught the CEDIA Home Cinema Design course and was formerly a certified THX calibrator.
In his new role, James will support CUK’s residential business by providing technical assistance, dealer training, system design support and product demonstrations, alongside creating technical and educational content. He will also work closely with manufacturers on product launches, training programmes and customer projects.
