The BluOS Configuration Utility is a tool engineered to streamline deployment and management of multi-device BluOS estates. Designed for the CI market, the tool enables installers to rapidly roll out a complete BluOS environment from a central point, decimating the installation time and providing a simple, yet powerful, dashboard view of the entire system.
According to the brand, no other audio streaming solution provides such comprehensive end-to-end support from installation to uncompromised Hi-Fidelity audio.
Oliver Hall, Managing Director of Ultamation explains, “Ultamation has always had a strong heritage in custom integration, having won numerous CEDIA and Crestron awards for projects, user experience and innovative solutions. In addition we have been supporting the BluOS software engineering effort for a number of years and when BluOS product management announced their concept for a tool specifically aimed at the CI market, Ultamation was a natural partner to bring that vision to life.”
Ultamation worked in close partnership with BluOS stakeholders to define requirements, design the user interface and develop the functional specification. The result is the BluOS Configuration Tool.
Feedback from the CI community is said to have been unanimously positive – as integrators can see the economies that can be achieved when deploying large BluOS solutions.
BluOS has also recently received two awards: Residential Systems – Best Of Show at ISE 2026 Winner and HTSA Innovation Award.
The brand is collating feature requests and usability improvements via the CI channel.
