The smart home tech manufacturer Rithum are delighted to have won the leading category at the National Technology Awards: Tech Company of the Year.
In Rithum’s category were the electric vehicle charging company EVIOS, ufurnish – a digital furniture marketplace for retailers such as Dunelm and John Lewis – and an augmented reality tech company that turns speech into subtitles for people with hearing impairments, XRAI glass.
The win is a positive move for the smart home tech industry helping to thrust the sector into the limelight.
Collecting the award was CMO, Daniel Bateman, he says, “As a start-up it’s tough to compete with larger brands that inevitably have more marketing power, so winning this award is a huge pat on the back for the whole team and a great reward for all the hard work that’s gone into getting us where we are today.”
