Jordan O'BrienAudioControl has announced that Monitor Audio has been added to its Sound Partners Program (SPP). The AudioControl SPP was established as a cooperative initiative with several architectural speaker manufacturers in order to implement optimised performance profiles as defined by each brand’s engineers. These profiles, when stored in the DSP on-board the AudioControl Director M-Series of 8 and 16-channel amplifiers, should help get the most out of these speakers.
DSP profiles are now available for Monitor Audio CLG140 and CLG160 garden speakers and the company’s recently unveiled IV140 in-wall/in-ceiling architectural speaker system. Integrators using both AudioControl DSP-enabled Director M-Series amplifiers with any of these Monitor Audio loudspeaker models will be able to take advantage of the profiles as well as the fine-tuning capabilities of these amplifiers.
