The first bit of news is the fact that CYP has confirmed that it will be the headline sponsor for the event, with the AV distribution manufacturer also set to offer a vast array of training sessions at the show.

At its state-of-the-art AV Academy based in its Shepperton HQ, CYP delivers two courses aimed at both the beginner and expert AV installer, which both follow a practical and hands-on look at the AV industry. Supporting a number of crucial topics and solutions that the modern-day installer and integrator will face on a daily basis, delegates learn the very latest techniques to aid in the design, specify, implement and test AV distribution systems for both residential and commercial applications.
CYP often takes those training courses on the road across the UK and into Europe. One of its biggest stops will be at EI Live! 2018, where its Technical Theatre will be a one-stop-shop for custom installers wanting to learn something new, or to refresh their skills.
