2N has launched its new Installer App, designed to make on-site installation faster, easier and more reliable for professional installers and system integrators working with the company’s access control solutions.

The new app has been created to support engineers directly in the field, with a particular focus on newer installers, occasional users of 2N products and professionals looking for faster access to technical support and product information while on site.

At the heart of the platform is 2N Lennie, an integrated AI assistant designed to help users quickly locate the correct information and navigate directly to the relevant manuals, setup guidance and FAQs. Alongside the AI-powered support functionality, the app also provides responsive mobile access and offline viewing through downloadable content, helping installers continue working even where internet connectivity may be limited.

Available free of charge, the app includes a daily AI usage allowance capped at 30 prompts. According to the company, the goal is to reduce installation errors, shorten commissioning times and improve the overall experience for partners working across the 2N portfolio.

“Installers need fast, clear and dependable support when they are on site,” said Michal Kratochvíl. “With the new 2N Installer App, we are giving our partners instant access to the information they need, including AI-assisted guidance, so they can work more efficiently and confidently.”

The launch also reflects the company’s wider commitment to strengthening partner support and improving reliability in the field as access control and smart building systems continue to become more sophisticated and increasingly connected.

The new Installer App marks another step in 2N’s strategy to deliver practical, user-friendly tools that simplify deployment and ongoing support for modern access control systems.
