Prove your humanity

The Indianapolis-based technology company Tenflare LLC, has just announced a new cloud service called Greenlight that it says will enhance the power of AMX and Crestron systems.

Tenflare says it developed the Greenlight cloud services to provide custom electronics professionals with a solution that delivers easy integration, maximum reliability and high levels of support flexibility.

“Many of the current control system monitoring solutions are far from ideal,” states Stephan Hosterman, founder and CEO of Tenflare LLC. “Most of them require additional hardware and only communicate with one control system manufacturer. Greenlight however, was designed to handle the reliability and monitoring needs of the largest integration organizations that demand cross-platform support.”

Hosterman adds that dealers can also utilize remote options to save on the cost of rolling trucks every time a client needs a service call.

“Greenlight will streamline integrators’ businesses and keep customers happy all while nearly eliminating service calls,” he says.

Greenlight’s services include everything from monitoring systems and devices, to providing alerts and other notifications with information such as detailed system histories. The hardware and software company also points out that its services span across browser platforms, smart devices platforms and computer operating systems. Its cloud service was developed using the latest web design methods to ensure the highest levels of compatibility.

“We’re now unique in that we can offer customers cloud-based services connecting multiple platforms without requiring gateways or servers,” explains Hosterman. “Our aim is to provide everything organizations need for managing multiple A/V facilities from a central location.”
