Prove your humanity

Manchester-based digital signage consultancy Saturn Visual Solutions has won the 2025 ‘Breakthrough Culture: Growth Edition’ award and has subsequently been named one of ‘The UK’s Most Loved Companies To Work For.

The Breakthrough Culture awards assess more than 5000 UK-based companies of all sizes and recognise and celebrate the best workplaces in the UK. They shine a light on companies that put people first and workplaces where people feel valued and genuinely happy to be.

The awards aim to highlight companies that are, ‘worth paying attention to’ then help other organisations to learn from them.

Organisations are chosen for the awards based on the employee initiatives they have implemented and by analysing their employee’s sentiments about the company.

Saturn’s workplace culture was picked out for its six key focusses which aim for staff to

  • Achieve a good work-life balance
  • Feel supportedboth at work and at home with a ‘family first’ ethos
  • Have job satisfaction and to always feel motivated, listened to, and appreciated
  • Be physically and mentally healthy and to work in a safe environment
  • Have a good financial wellbeing
  • Feel supported with regards to equality, community support, and sustainability.

Chris Welsh, CEO at Saturn Visual Solutions says, “We never set out to have a workplace culture that wins awards. We just believe we have a moral obligation to provide the best working environments we can, to ensure that all our staff – and by extension their families – have the most productive, fulfilled and enjoyable life they can whilst at Saturn.

“But we’re incredibly proud to have gone up against so many other companies in such a rigorous selection process and been picked out as the best.”
