Denon, Marantz and Classé have introduced the next evolution of wireless home audio with the newly rebranded Powered by HEOS platform, including a refreshed identity, redesigned app experience and expanded platform capabilities.
What was once called HEOS Built-in is now known as Powered by HEOS. With more than 50 Denon, Marantz and Classé products Powered by HEOS, that means freedom of choice and a system that can be as small as a single speaker, or as expansive as 64 products in 32 zones working together.
The new logo is inspired by radio waves and reflects the freedom of wireless sound and the effortless flow of music through a home. Its directional form is intended to capture how HEOS connects everything – streaming services, personal libraries and high-performance systems – into one unified listening experience.
HEOS was built by an audio company first, so premium performance has always been at the heart of the experience. It was designed to let users hit Play and enjoy music everywhere, without confusing setups, glitchy apps, or compromises in sound quality.
Whether users are streaming their favourite playlist in the kitchen, a concert in their living room, or a film in their home theatre, HEOS is designed to make it easy.
Today, more than five million products are Powered by HEOS. From AV receivers to sound bars to wireless speakers, HEOS connects them all into one seamless ecosystem.
HEOS has evolved through real-world experience. In December 2023, the company launched HEOS 3.0, a completely redesigned experience built on a new architecture. It delivered faster performance, greater stability and a music-first interface designed to feel intuitive from the very first tap.
HEOS 3.0 was born from listening to the community and responding with the most complete version of the platform yet. Since then, the brand has continued to develop HEOS by adding new music services, including high-resolution platforms like Qobuz, along with Roon Ready certification.
The app experience was further improved with Home Page customisations, centralised searches, room and speaker grouping presets.
