These powered subwoofers combine petite cabinets with powerful digital amplification to produce bass at a competitive price point.
The new Performance subwoofer series are optimised to deliver more volume, lower frequencies, an attractive aesthetic – and all in a smaller cabinet.
The line features three floor standing models with 8in, 10in, and 12in driver configurations. Rated for 180, 200, and 300W RMS, respectively, Origin Acoustics says it has exceeded expectations for loudness and clarity with these new models – the SUBV8P, SUBV10P and SUBV12P.
Each composite woofer matches a finely tuned passive down-firing radiator that improves SPL and the resolution of extended bass frequencies and volume with no extra power consumption.
These models also feature an upgraded line-grain finish that is more durable and subtler than typical vinyl wraps.
