Ivory Egg brings Light + Building’s key launches to UK at trade event

Ivory Egg recently hosted a UK post-Light + Building event, bringing together manufacturers and UK industry professionals to explore the latest product launches and developments from one of the sector’s leading international trade fairs.

Designed as a follow-on to the Frankfurt show, the event created a UK forum for discussing how newly launched products and wider market developments could be applied across smart home and building control projects.

Held at the Thistle Hotel in London, the event featured presentations from Theben Automation UK, Faradite, HMS Intesis, Zennio, Gira, ABB, Jung and KNX UK, giving attendees the opportunity to hear directly from leading brands and industry voices.

Across the session, guests were introduced to recently launched products, wider developments from Light + Building and the practical implications for specification, integration and project delivery.

The event also created valuable time for networking, enabling conversations between manufacturers, partners and UK industry professionals in a more focused and accessible setting.

“Light + Building always brings a huge amount of innovation to the market and this event gave us the opportunity to continue those conversations in a UK context,” says Jasper Spencer, General Manager at Ivory Egg.

“By bringing together leading installers, partners and manufacturers, we were able to create space for meaningful discussion around how new products and ideas can support real projects. That is exactly the kind of value-adding opportunity we want to create, bringing people together, sharing insight and helping turn innovation into something practical. For us, that is an important part of helping customers move from inspiration to informed specification, by supporting them with guidance, insight and access to open-standard solutions that work.”

Held in the immediate aftermath of Light + Building, the London event gave UK industry professionals the opportunity to discuss the latest launches in a practical project context, reinforcing the value of informed guidance alongside supply.
