Fifth-Generation Antileon Power Amplifier Debuts at HIGH END 2025 from Gryphon Audio Designs.

Gryphon Audio Designs, designer and manufacturer of ultra-luxe audio systems, introduces the fifth generation of their timeless Antileon-series power amplifier at HIGH END Munich, Atrium 4.1, Room E120. First shown in 1991 as the DM-100, the amplifier established the DNA of all future Gryphon power amplifiers: dual mono design, pure Class A circuit topology, high-current output and the ability to drive virtually any loudspeaker to its ultimate potential.

Now, in honour of Gryphon’s 40th anniversary, Antileon Revelation will make its musical debut at HIGH END 2025. Since its introduction, Antileon has been the heart of the Gryphon product line. From the DM-100 through Antileon, Antileon Signature and Antileon EVO iterations, it has remained the company’s best-selling power amplifier.

Honouring the 30th year of the Antileon marque and the 40th anniversary of Gryphon Audio Designs, we are proud to introduce Revelation: the finest amplifier ever to wear the Antileon nameplate. Much of the EVO’s intricate metalwork has been retained for the new model, with a large Gryphon sculpture now crowning the transformer cover.

Back panel connections have been upgraded with Gryphon’s latest bespoke binding posts while a pair of 20-amp AC connectors offers an improved pathway to Revo’s dual-mono topology. Inside, each chassis is outfitted with 40 high-current bipolar Toshiba output transistors—identical to those used in our flagship Apex—and 335,000 µF of power supply capacitance per channel, or 670,000 µF per chassis. Two separate, custom-made 1150VA toroidal transformers are fitted to each chassis while a third, independent power supply is dedicated to digital control circuitry. As with all Gryphon power amplifiers, both stereo (165 WPC) and mono (180 WPC) versions are available. Sonically, Revelation advances its predecessors’ considerable strengths, boasting thunderous, pitch-perfect bass, more extended and airy trebles and the grainless, palpable, three-dimensional midrange that only pure Class A output circuitry can deliver.

Antileon Revelation will be available mid-August 2025 at an MSRP of €38,800 / $45,500 per chassis.

In Gryphon’s Munich suite, a pair of Antileon Revelation monos will anchor a Gryphon mono-brand system including our Ethos CD/DAC, Commander preamplifier, EOS 5 speakers and PowerZone 3.20 power optimiser. Our high-performance StandArt racks and a full loom of Vanta cabling complete this all-Gryphon super-system.

The entire Gryphon executive team will be available to discuss Antileon Revelation as well as the Gryphon mono-brand store initiative, our distribution arrangement with Goer Dynamics and our future growth plans for the Gryphon brand.
