CEDIA is preparing for the final Tech + Business Summit of 2026, with the event taking place July 7 at the Business Design Centre in London.

Expected to be the largest summit of the year, the event will feature more than 40 sponsors and offer attendees opportunities to network, gain industry insight and take part in professional development sessions.

“At the heart of CEDIA is community,” comments Matt Nimmons, Managing Director of CEDIA EMEA. “We embrace the opportunity to get together and share insights and experiences and discuss industry opportunities. The London Tech + Business Summit comes at a time when collaboration across the smart home sector has never been more important. As projects become more complex and client expectations continue to rise, bringing integrators, manufacturers, distributors, designers and other professionals together in one place creates real value.”

One of the event highlights will be a panel discussion titled Collaboration to Build Success: Aligning Design, Space, and Technology on Home Integration Projects, taking place from 11:30am. The session will feature Durgesh from Nucleus, interior design expert Alex Dauley and Kate Clare from Loud Architects. The discussion will explore how early collaboration between designers, technology professionals and other stakeholders can help deliver more successful home integration projects. Attendees will receive practical guidance on balancing aesthetics with functionality, improving communication across disciplines and overcoming challenges that can arise when multiple teams are involved in a project.

The afternoon programme includes an introduction to Integrated Lighting Design CPD, hosted by Damien Smith of Flux London. The RIBA and BIID-accredited session will examine the impact of integrated lighting, exploring how changes in light intensity, placement and colour can transform a space while simplifying control and operation.

Alongside the educational content, attendees will be able to meet a wide range of manufacturers, distributors and industry organisations including ADI, Crestron, Epson, KEF, Kordz, LG, Lutron, Monitor Audio, Niko, Sonos, Sony, Steinway Lyngdorf and Zyxel Networks among many others.
