Adam Scott Rote unveils home cinema art collection celebrating Hollywood legends

Acclaimed American realist painter, Adam Scott Rote – who delivered a new artistic perspective to home entertainment spaces at the CEDIA Expo this year – recently unveiled an expansive new fine art collection celebrating the enduring influence of Hollywood cinema, legendary musicians and the art of classic entertainment illustration, designed for residential home media spaces, entertainment enthusiasts and discerning collectors.

From the silver screen to the concert stage, Adam brings cinematic storytelling, iconic performances and Hollywood history together in a series of original paintings featuring celebrity co-signature collaborations and original artifact metal memorabilia from the original Hollywood Sign from 1923.

The collection was built around one question: “What if I were hired today to paint the original promotional movie poster or album cover? The collection reimagines some of entertainment’s most recognisable personalities through Adam’s distinctive hyperrealist painting techniques.

Rather than reproduce familiar photographs or existing movie posters, he creates original compositions that capture the personalities, performances and cultural moments that made these entertainers unforgettable, including well-placed symbolism.

From Sir Anthony Hopkins’ Hannibal Lector and Thor, Star Wars, to John Travolta’s performances in Saturday Night Fever and Grease, to the musical legacies of Prince, David Bowie, Michael Jackson and more, each painting combines meticulous portraiture with carefully selected objects that tell a story.
