For just £6, Chord Company customers can arrange to have their orders shipped direct from the UK factory to their homes, by arrangement with their local Chord Company retailer.
To help even further, UK customers seeking repairs, modifications or upgrades, can also contact Chord Company to arrange to send their product to the factory directly, subject to first obtaining an RMA number (Return Material Authorisation) from the factory team.
