Hoist Group and TRIAX today announced the signing of a strategic partnership agreement. The agreement, titled Connecting Excellence, gives Hoist Group preferential access to end-to-end TRIAX technology that maximises hotels’ existing coaxial cable networks for the best possible DVB-TV, IPTV and gigabit data distribution.
Hotels increasingly find that guest satisfaction is determined by their experience of hotel technology. Hoist’s goal of turning stays into returns is achieved by offering amongst others high quality, reliable TV and high-speed internet. TRIAX provides innovative technology to achieve this with a comprehensive portfolio that includes advanced headend and connectivity solutions.
In the agreement, the parties acknowledge their shared values of high quality, reliability and innovation. These will be advanced further by combining know-how, training, service, support and supply terms.
Hoist Group’s 20 EMEA regional offices will interface directly with local TRIAX leadership in 9 subsidiaries, with the goal of offering TV and connectivity solutions of superior reliability, performance and value to the hospitality sector and their guests.
Annika Rydström, COO at Hoist Group, comments, “Hotels and wider hospitality providers across EMEA turn to Hoist Group for most of their tech requirements. We take this trust and responsibility seriously and reflect it in our investment in innovation. Be it through our inhouse R&D or through partnerships – innovation and superior quality stay at the top of our priorities. Partnering with TRIAX contributes to this priority and I am looking forward to seeing the results of this synergy.”
Peter Lyhne Uhrenholt, TRIAX CEO, says, “This partnership creates a natural synergy between two quality- and customer-focussed companies and we are thrilled to be a preferred connectivity partner to Hoist Group. Hotels will benefit from TRIAX’s cost-effective and environmentally friendly solutions which offer the speed and reliability demanded by Hoist Group for their leading hospitality solutions.”
