Technicians servicing accounts using ihiji invision can receive real-time email alerts when problems occur and also retrieve extensive reporting on performance, diagnostics and troubleshooting.

Additionally, the appliance-based solution is located behind the client firewall, creating a secure system that further reduces field maintenance requirements.
