Sanus has introduced the VLFS820 mount, a super-slim heavy duty full-motion mount for use with large TVs. The VLFS820 maintains a low-profile and features comprehensive adjustment and performance capabilities for the most versatile viewing experience, says the maker.
The VLFS820 is the latest in a long line of heavy-duty large screen mounts from Sanus. It takes the company’s tried and tested six-arm articulating design technology and applies it to fit today’s larger TV, making it suitable for use with TVs featuring screen sizes from 40in to 90in and weighing up to 56kg.
Its FluidMotionTM operation permits effortless swivel, tilt and extension movement to suit any viewing position. Mounted just over 4cm from the wall, the slim profile of the screen is maintained, despite the considerable 50cm extension range and 58-degree swivel capabilities.
The mount provides a stable environment for the TV, attaching to any VESA profile. Once the screen is attached to the arms, the user has finger-tip control over screen tilt from +10 to -10 degrees with the Sanus VirtualAxis system. After installation, level adjustment is a simple process and screen swivel of up to 58-degrees left and right can be achieved, to provide optimal viewing wherever the user is seated within the room.
Aesthetically, the VLFS820 features discreet cable management within the arms, and its wall mounting hardware is neatly disguised by the decorative flip covers which provide a finished look. An open wall plate design enables unhindered access to the power, aerial and network connections for simplicity and ease of installation.
Dean Carroll, International Sales Director – Consumer, says, “The new VLFS820 is the latest in a long line of beautifully engineered mounts developed by Sanus which bring safety and versatility benefits to consumers who are buying ever larger TVs.
“For our retail and custom installation customers it offers a great opportunity for additional revenue sales, while at the same time providing a safe, secure and stylish solution for their end-user customers.”
