Lutron Electronics used ISE 2026 to unveil its Intelligent Lighting portfolio, which represents a fully realised vision of seamlessly integrated, experiential lighting for the home, elevated by advanced wireless control designed to transform design freedom and unlock new possibilities for industry professionals.
For decades, Lutron has helped designers and integrators shape how light supports the way people live: waking them gently, energising their mornings, calming their evenings and enriching the moments in between. Yet, most of today’s lighting remains static – limited to basic on/off functionality and failing to deliver the personalised, human‑centric experiences homeowners increasingly expect.
Lutron’s Intelligent Lighting changes that. By unifying control of natural light, electric light, and the systems that harmonise them, Lutron empowers professionals to design bespoke environments in the world’s finest homes, now on a global scale.

Intelligent Lighting represents a paradigm shift for integrators and their clients, providing a seamless, fully addressable lighting ecosystem with wireless flexibility. Since the intelligence resides within the fixture itself instead of the control wire, system setup and configuration is faster and re-zoning can be easily achieved. Eliminating control wire also frees up significant rack room installation space which can be re-purposed for other client uses, such as wine cellars, extra storage, etc.
Lutron is introducing Ketra and Orluna, two fully complementary product families within the Intelligent Lighting portfolio. Lutron claims that Ketra is the world’s most innovative light source, delivering dynamic, perfectly tunable light that adapts to every moment and mood. Engineered to replicate the beauty and dynamism of natural daylight, Ketra has been designed to enable seamless shifts in colour, temperature and intensity.
Meanwhile, Orluna, a company acquired by Lutron in June 2025, is the foundation of Intelligent Lighting, offering decorative and architectural luminaires with colour consistency across every layer of light. Renowned for its meticulous optical design and colour fidelity, Orluna ensures that layers of light blend elegantly and harmoniously within the home’s aesthetic.
Now fully integrated into Lutron’s intelligent control ecosystem, Orluna provides designers and integrators with a highly versatile, individually addressable lighting platform that enables quick and easy scene creation, simplified installation and a new level of creative freedom.
