Lewis CaliburnAUDAC has launched the BASSO Series, a line of Ultra-High Power Infra Subwoofers designed to deliver precision, power and immersive infra-sub performance.
Engineered for demanding environments such as nightclubs, concert venues, theme parks and hospitality spaces, the BASSO Series combines cutting-edge technologies like the Pure Carbon Fiber Cone and AeroVent for low-noise venting p to set a new standard in low-frequency fidelity.
With a focus on ultra-high power output and sound clarity, the BASSO Series offers a flexible, efficient solution for diverse applications.
Key innovations include a pure carbon fibre cone that is waterproof, lightweight and designed for strength and durability, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The series also features a custom high-excursion driver that is engineered to minimise distortion and support accurate sound reproduction.
AeroVent technology is incorporated through an exponential low-noise vent design intended to deliver clear low-frequency output while reducing airflow noise. In addition, flexible mounting options are provided to allow installation in a wide range of environments.
Each model in the BASSO Series is designed to offer defined low-frequency performance. The BASSO112 provides low-frequency extension down to 26 Hz without processing, delivers a maximum SPL of 130 dB and has a rated programme power of 2000 watts.
The BASSO115 reaches low-frequency extension down to 31 Hz, with a maximum SPL of 136 dB and a programme power rating of 3000 watts, while the BASSO118 extends to 23 Hz, offers a maximum SPL of 137 dB and is also rated at 3000 watts of programme power.
All models incorporate a reinforced chassis and internal framing designed to support long-term durability and maintain structural integrity.
