NETGEAR has launched Insight 10.0, the latest generation of its cloud-based network management platform, introducing AI-powered capabilities designed to simplify network operations for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and managed service providers (MSPs).

The new platform represents a significant step in NETGEAR’s long-term vision for AI-driven networking, combining intelligent automation, cloud-native management and operational insights to help organisations manage increasingly complex network environments without the need for enterprise-sized IT teams.

As businesses continue to adopt AI applications, cloud services, connected devices and hybrid working, network infrastructure has become more demanding to deploy and maintain. Insight 10.0 has been developed to address these challenges by providing greater automation, proactive recommendations and improved operational visibility.

The latest release is built around four core pillars:

  • AI-powered operations – contextual insights, proactive recommendations and AI-assisted workflows designed to reduce manual administration and move organisations towards predictive network management.
  • Unified visibility and network intelligence – a single dashboard providing network performance, device health, connectivity and user experience information to help administrators identify and resolve issues more quickly.
  • Simplicity at scale – streamlined workflows, simplified subscription management and flexible access controls designed to make managing multiple sites and customers easier for both IT teams and MSPs.
  • Secure cloud-native architecture – centralised cloud management built to provide resilient, reliable operation across distributed environments.

NETGEAR says Insight 10.0 establishes the foundation for future AI-defined networking, enabling businesses to move beyond reactive network management towards more intelligent, intent-driven operations.

Pramod Badjate, President and General Manager of NETGEAR Enterprise, says, “The future of networking is about giving organisations the intelligence to operate increasingly complex environments with confidence. As AI transforms every business, networks must become more adaptive, more automated and easier to operate. Insight 10.0 is the foundation for our vision of AIOps and AI-defined networking for the millions of small and medium-sized organisations that have historically been underserved by enterprise networking solutions. We’re bringing enterprise-class intelligence to businesses without enterprise-sized IT teams.”

The platform has also received positive feedback from early users. Kenny Red, CTO at CTI, says, “We’ve had NETGEAR switches deployed across our own locations for years, and we’ve been part of the Insight development process since beta. So when we recommend Insight 10.0 to customers, we’re recommending something CTI actually runs on. The 10.0 release reflects the feedback we gave — the interface is sharper, onboarding is faster, and the platform handles the two things that cost integrators the most time: post-deployment troubleshooting and manual network configuration. That’s a meaningful change, and it shows up in how we deliver.”

Insight 10.0 is available now and forms the latest evolution of NETGEAR’s cloud management platform, with the company positioning it as the foundation for future AI-powered networking innovations aimed at the SME and MSP markets.
