Just Add Power showcases a series of new AV-over-IP developments at ISE 2026, highlighting advances in control, ease of installation and creative flexibility across professional AV applications.
On show on Stand 2Q600, the company presents live demonstrations of three new MaxColor products: the MC-TX1-RACK rackmount encoder, the MC-USB device for keyboard, video and mouse control and the MC-QX MaxColor 4K60 tiling and warping encoder. Together, the solutions are designed to simplify system design while expanding creative and operational possibilities for installers and system designers.
“We are incredibly excited to return to Barcelona and share how Just Add Power is continuing to make AV-over-IP deployments more simple, accessible and scalable,” says Ed Qualls, CEO of Just Add Power. “Whether it is expanding installs with our rackmount MaxColor encoder, enabling simple KVM control with the MC-USB device or unlocking creative visual possibilities with the MC-QX encoder, Just Add Power makes the lives of installers easier by giving them all the tools they need to create and control stunning AV-over-IP projects.”
Simplifying installs with MC-TX1-RACK
The new MC-TX1-RACK encoder brings together three MC-TX1 MaxColor 4K60 4:4:4 HDMI encoders in a single rackmount chassis. By centralising multiple encoders in one unit, the design reduces cable clutter, streamlines installation and simplifies system maintenance in both compact and large-scale AV-over-IP deployments.
Just Add Power says the rackmount format reduces potential points of failure while improving accessibility, with all connections positioned on the front of the unit. The encoder supports all audio formats and includes Audio Return Channel functionality, enabling two-way audio integration within more advanced AV systems.

Integrated KVM control with MC-USB
Also on display is the MC-USB, a MaxColor USB 2.0 over IP device designed to extend system control beyond video distribution. The MC-USB can operate as either an encoder or a decoder and provides built-in KVM functionality, along with touchscreen and webcam support.
According to the company, the device enables secure and flexible access to computers across a networked AV system, supporting efficient operation in 4K60 Ultra HD environments. Connectivity includes one USB-C port on the rear, two USB-C ports and two USB-A ports on the front, all linked via a 1GbE LAN connection. Hotkey support and full KVM integration position the MC-USB for use across AV, IT and broadcast applications.
Creative flexibility with MC-QX
Completing the line-up is the MC-QX MaxColor 4K60 tiling and warping encoder. Combining MaxColor technology with a 4K network video tiler and warp engine, the MC-QX enables up to four 4K60 sources to be displayed simultaneously on a single screen in a range of layouts.
The encoder also supports real-time image rotation in 0.1-degree increments, allowing content to be distributed to an unlimited number of decoders for large-scale video walls and creative display applications. Just Add Power positions the MC-QX as a tool for dynamic environments including sports bars, casinos and digital art installations.
