Jordan O'BrienJust Add Power has announced support for four Luxul models of managed power over Ethernet+ switches to its line-up of Layer 3 Managed Ethernet switches.
Luxul AMS-2616P, AMS-1208P, XMS-2624P and Stackable AMS-4424P+ switches are now supported by Just Add Power’s HD over IP transmitters and receivers.
Integrators can build an ‘any size’ video matrix, which is scalable up to a maximum of 4,000 inputs by 65,000 outputs.
All four of the Luxul switches are Layer 3 supported, which enables endpoint control of RS232 or CEC devices.
There’s also support for console API features of Just Add Power’s HD over IP products, including video wall management, custom error screen messaging, Image Push and Image Pull.
There’s also more good news for Luxul customers, with the ABR-440 and XBR-4400 routers gaining support for JADConfig software in an update scheduled to take place soon. The Luxul switches will also get support.
Right now an RTI driver is available for supported Luxul models, although drivers for Crestron, AMX and Control4 are all coming soon.
