Kordz to unveil record number of pro grade connectivity solutions at ISE 2025

Systems integrators attending ISE 2025 will be the first to see Kordz’ new lineup of outdoor-rated Cat6 cables, active and passive USB-C cables and next generation HDMI solutions, plus a variety of networking products.

The new lineup, showcased at Stand #2E310, includes outdoor-rated Cat6 cables, advanced USB-C cable solutions and a series of enhanced HDMI offerings.

Designed with integrators in mind, Kordz’ latest innovations stem from its unique ‘Kordzification’ process – a collaborative effort led by its team of seasoned former integrators. These products are meticulously engineered and manufactured to eliminate common installation challenges while delivering performance and improved profitability for professionals in the field.

“Technology has evolved at an incredible pace in recent years, and we’ve stayed ahead by closely monitoring these advancements to create solutions that meet the changing needs of our customers,” says James Chen, Managing Director of Kordz.

“Our commitment to quality and innovation is evident in the unique, robust and installer-friendly design of our products. This year, we’re excited to introduce a host of connectivity solutions our customers have been asking for, including USB-C cables, outdoor networking cables and enhanced HDMI offerings. We invite integrators, designers and consultants to visit our booth to see how Kordz is driving efficient, reliable and profitable connectivity in the professional integration market. There’s no better time to get your hands on our products and experiencing them for yourself is believing.”

Kordz is expanding its popular networking line with a new range of professional grade, outdoor-rated network cables. Debuting at ISE 2025 are three new products: for above-ground outdoor installations the PRO SlimCat Cat6 U/UTP Outdoor Network Cable and ONE Cat6 U/UTP Outdoor Network Cable, and for below-ground, ONE Cat6 U/UTP Direct Burial Network Cable.

Systems integrators now have robust, easy-to-install options ‘Kordzified’ to meet the requirements of any outdoor networking project, amid the growing demand for IP security cameras, external Wi-Fi access points, smart doorbells and AV systems.

Designed specifically for challenging and retrofit installations of shorter distance (1Gbps up to 50 metres) is the ultra-slim 28AWG diameter and flexible PRO SlimCat Outdoor Network Cable, adding to Kordz’ award-winning SlimCat line. The 24AWG direct burial and above-ground outdoor ONE Cat6 cables support data rates of 1Gbps up to 100m and 10Gbps up to 55m with full PoE++ compatibility.

All Kordz outdoor Cat6 cables are UV-stabilised and comply with industry standards. The direct burial cable’s PE jacket adds water-blocking gel filler for long-lasting performance in harsh conditions. To simplify installations, each cable comes in Kordz’ convenient packaging, with metre-marked lengths for precision. The cables integrate seamlessly with Kordz’ existing system components.

Kordz will also be using ISE 2025 to launch its first-ever USB-C cabling products. The introduction of its PRO Active Optical USB-C cable and PRO Passive USB-C cable marks Kordz’ entry into this rapidly growing market.

Kordz’ new full-featured USB4 Gen2 and USB3.2 Gen2 USB-C cables aim to help the industry overcome the many current challenges of USB-C connectivity by delivering reliable, hassle-free connectivity that meets the demanding AV and power requirements professional integrators encounter today.

The new PRO Passive USB-C cables are USB4 Gen2 certified and support high-bandwidth data up to 20Gbps and 4K60 DisplayPort video, plus 240W power delivery on lengths from 0.5 to 2 metres.

A 60W version is available at 3m. For integrators requiring USB-C cable of longer lengths from 5m to 10m, Kordz also offers the PRO Active Optical USB-C Cable. It supports full-featured USB3.2 Gen2 functionality for 10Gbps data transfer, 4K60 DisplayPort video and 60W power delivery. This purpose-made selection of passive and active USB-C cables accommodates different installation needs, from desk setups to extended AV connections and is also suitable for both commercial and residential applications.

Among other handy design features, the lightweight and compact polycarbonate connector streamlines installation and minimises strain on device ports, while an internal metal shell provides enhanced EMI shielding for reliable signal integrity and connector durability. This results in a cable range that’s very useful for complex AV installations. Moreover, each Kordz USB-C Cable undergoes rigorous quality testing to ensure consistent performance, is appropriately fire-rated and backed by a two-year warranty.

As AV systems continue to evolve with increasingly advanced technologies, the HDMI cabling that connects them must meet the demands of faster, higher-bandwidth applications.

Kordz is announcing a series of upgrades debuting at ISE 2025. Leading the charge is the new PRO4 HDMI range, the next generation of its best-selling PRO3 series, designed to deliver enhanced performance and reliability for professional AV installations.

Designed by integrators for integrators through the unique ‘Kordzification’ process, new PRO4 Active Optical HDMI cables support data rates of 48Gbps across distances of up to 100m without external power.

They enable seamless delivery of uncompressed 8K signals, making them ideal for high-performance installations. For installation ease and reliability, the PRO4 Active Optical HDMI cables feature a slim 4.7mm diameter and internal reinforcement to sustain 20kg pull force. Furthermore, in addition to Kordz’ overall sustainability improvements across the manufacturing of its range, the new PRO4 AOC HDMI line comes packaged in 100% recyclable materials.

Additionally, DPL Labs Enhanced 48G Reference Standard certification provides integrators with extra assurance of quality, reliability and performance through the elimination of most interoperability issues, empowering them to confidently tackle projects of any size or complexity.

Kordz will also release PRO4 48Gbps Passive HDMI cables, introducing shorter lengths with a redesigned, thinner profile. These cables are fine-tuned to the signal strength of the AV system, reducing oversaturation and ensuring a smooth, consistent data flow of up to 48Gbps. A 1kg pull retention rating assures reliable connectivity.

Every cable in Kordz’ new PRO4 Active and Passive HDMI cable range is individually tested during production, offers appropriate fire-rated protection for installations, and comes backed by warranties.

Lastly, Kordz is launching a new PRO 5V Power Injector, designed to fix HDMI cable power problems easily and reliably. Its ultra-compact ‘Kordzified’ design delivers a stable 5V current and promises to become a handy addition to any integrator’s toolkit, says the manufacturer.

Kordz will be demonstrating the capabilities of its HDMI cables by joining Trinnov in collaboration with Officina Acustica at Stand #1F500, where its PRS4 HDMI cables will be connecting a wide range of reference-level audio and video products from leading brands including Perlisten, Sony and Kaleidescape.

In response to requests from professional integrators, Kordz has also added new cable lengths to its award-winning PRO SlimCat range. Now packaged on 100m reels, the cable is also now available in new colours including green, purple and yellow.

In addition, Kordz will introduce a range of new colours to its PRO SlimCat Patch Cord BeltPaks, adding green, grey, red, purple, white and yellow to its standard black and blue for efficient documentation and quick identification.

Also appearing at ISE 2025 will be Kordz’ One Patch Panel, offering integrators a full complement of professional-grade patch panels to fit all Kordz keystones.

After exploring Kordz’ comprehensive range of new HDMI, USB-C, Outdoor Networking and networking solutions, systems integrators can put their skills to the test in crowd favourite, the Kordz Termination Challenge

This fast-paced, race-against-the-clock competition gives participants the opportunity to demonstrate their expertise, win prizes and vie for the title of Challenge Champion.
