Renowned for its acoustics ‘savoir-faire’, French brand Focal presents new loudspeakers for the home, the On Wall 301 and On Wall 302. Attentive to all uses and listening needs, Focal says it has thought out and designed its loudspeakers for both Stereo and Home Cinema use, offering high-quality products to be installed on a stand or fixed into the wall.
After releasing the 1000 Series in-wall / in-ceiling loudspeaker in January, Focal now unveils the On Wall 300 line. Produced in its Saint-Étienne workshops, On Wall 301 and On Wall 302 are on-wall loudspeakers to install around a television for home cinema enjoyment and a stereo listening experience. Focal says it is constantly pushing boundaries when it comes to the design and development of its Hi-Fi products. This means that, while the accessories required for mounting the loudspeakers in the wall are included, stands specially designed for the loudspeakers are also supplied as an optional extra. The installation is also very easy and simple to adjust, enabling integrators to create a configuration comprising two or three loudspeakers around your screen.
FOCAL’S EXPERTISE
These new loudspeakers incorporate the brand’s exclusive technologies, such as its Flax speaker drivers, with the cone made from French flax that has sound reproduction benefits such a more natural and warmer feel to the performance. The loudspeakers also feature the Aluminium/Magnesium tweeter, offering well-defined treble. With its new line, Focal once more promises a sensational listening experience featuring a realistic sound, clear and precise voices, and a deep bass with impact.
METICULOUS DESIGN AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL
With the refined design and ‘angled’ silhouette, the shape of the On Wall 300 loudspeakers delivers aesthetics and a quick installation. Available in Black Satin or White High Gloss finishes, they should fit most interiors. Finally, Focal underlines that it is constantly incorporating specific benefits and unique uses into its collections, while also thinking of the whole assembly for an overall effect. This range can therefore be combined with other Focal products, such as the 300 Series line of in-wall and in-ceiling loudspeakers, or the Chora, Aria, Kanta or even Dôme Flax loudspeakers.
The Focal On Wall 300 Series will be available later this month (September 2021), with a suggested retail price of £999 / €999 / $999 each for the On Wall 301, £1,499 / €1,499 / $1,499 for the On Wall 302 and £799 / €749 / $699 for a set of two stands.
