Visualization has announced it has recently hired six new members of staff in the roles of Trainee Digital Application Technicians as part of an engineering growth plan to offer a wide range of technical services to the Channel.

The six recruits will be undergoing an 18-month education program, specifically designed by Visualization to offer both practical as well as classroom and online experience.

Upon completion of the program, the six will be qualified in projection, LED and Display Technologies, Unified Communication solutions, equipment rack design and build, digital audio systems and more.

Visualization Managing Director, Nick Pidgeon, comments: “Visualization fundamentally believe that people are its most import assets. Not our products, not our brands that we represent but our people. This tailor-made course gives the team a fast track into the Audio-Visual world, offering variety, progression, and the potential to move into different roles within the business.”

Pidgeon also adds “A partnership offered by Visualization to the trade is designed to offer a variable cost, fully trained resource capability when required.”

Training Manager, Matt Harding also comments “Company foundations can vary, but Visualization’s success has been built upon our people. We have spent many years developing a tailor-made training program with the trainee at heart. We feel that for somebody to deliver a technical solution which requires great skill, care and diligence, they should be happy and enjoy what they do. Visualization are currently recruiting a second intake of Trainee Digital Application Technicians, so if you have the appetite to learn and build yourself a career supported by a business at the leading edge of Digital Media and Technology solutions, we want to hear from you”.
