Lewis CaliburnVisualization has announced the acquisition of the UK business assets of TK-Team UK Ltd.
Established in Finland in 1972, TK-Team is a specialist in acoustic and visual presentation solutions, with manufacturing based in Estonia.
Its portfolio includes acoustic products, writing and notice boards, projection surfaces, mobile walls and other collaborative workspace solutions. The range complements Visualization’s existing display, projection, LED, signal management and technical services offering, providing trade partners with access to more solutions for the same corporate, higher education and public-sector environments.
As part of the acquisition, two members of the TK-Team UK team will transfer to Visualization under TUPE, maintaining familiar customer relationships and specialist product knowledge.
Existing service delivery and installation arrangements will also continue, managed through the established specialist partners TK-Team has worked with for several years. This will provide continuity for customers across current and future projects while introducing the additional support and technical capabilities available through Visualization.

From 20th July 2026, quotations, purchase orders, deliveries and invoicing for TK-Team products in the UK and Ireland will be managed through Visualization.
