Vimar is showcasing a range of design-led automation and control solutions at Light + Building 2026, demonstrating how technology and sustainability are increasingly shaping the future of modern construction.
Within the exhibition, the company positions itself as a technology partner for projects seeking efficient, integrated building control. Its portfolio includes systems designed to support automation, monitoring and energy management across a wide range of environments while maintaining consistent styling across visible devices throughout a project.
Among the systems presented is the connected View Wireless platform, alongside the By-me Plus home automation system and solutions built around the KNX Secure protocol. The exhibition stand is designed as an interactive space where visitors can explore applications across residential, commercial, hospitality and marine environments.
Also featured is the Linea Series, presented in international standards and supported by the company’s XT platform, which integrates with both By-me Plus and KNX Secure systems. The company says the approach reflects its view of sustainability as a strategic driver for innovation within connected buildings.
A strong design focus also runs through the stand, with Vimar highlighting the Eikon Exé range. The series is available in Traditional, Vintage, Flat and Tondo control styles, the latter having recently received the Compasso d’Oro International Award.

According to the company, the range offers extensive personalisation options, including special finishes, premium materials, a wide choice of colour combinations for cover plates and buttons, as well as customisable control symbols and laser-engraved logos for bespoke projects.
“Our participation at Light + Building 2026 underscores Vimar’s commitment to harmonising design, technology and sustainability, delivering solutions that smartly interpret the demands of contemporary construction,” says the company.
The event itself is also increasingly relevant to the smart home and luxury commercial sectors. Once primarily focused on lighting and electrical infrastructure, the show is now featuring a growing number of intelligent control, automation and integrated building solutions that directly support the kinds of projects undertaken by professional installers and system designers.
