AliceMipow’s Playbulb candle – which produces a fragrance – is controlled via Bluetooth using the free Playbuld X App for android and iOS and can be used to control the colour and brightness of an individual, or multiple candles.
The Candle is an electronic light that uses an RGB LED to create any desired colour and level of brightness. The Candle App allows a user to the change colour, brightness and use pre-programed special effects – and it can be switched on and off by blowing on the light.
Playbulb X group control allows users to divide candles into groups, where candles in the same group share the same colour and lighting effects. Multiple groups can be created and controlled from the same Bluetooth device.
Playbulb X group control performs best with five or less candles in a group, although the manufacturer insists that the number in a group is unlimited.
If a user turns the Candle upside down it becomes a real candleholder.
Playbulb X supports iPhone 4S or above, iPad 3 or above, iPod 5th generation or above (running iOS7) and Android 4.3 or above (with Bluetooth 4.0).
