New Samsung Vision AI innovations are designed to deliver personalised, AI-powered screens to enrich everyday life.

Samsung Vision AI comes to life across the brand’s biggest TV line-up yet — including Neo QLED, OLED, QLED, and The Frame — offering intelligent, adaptive screens that go beyond the conventional TV watching experience, says the company.

Samsung Art Store has also expanded to include Neo QLED, QLED, and MICRO LED – and new The Frame Pro brings premium art to more homes than ever before.

Revealed at a CES First Look 2025 event, the initiative is using AI to improve image quality as well as drive screens to act adaptive, intelligent companions to simplify and enrich daily living. Samsung Vision AI comes to new Samsung AI-powered screens and devices, including flagship Neo QLED 8K, Neo QLED 4K, OLED models and The Frame.

“Samsung sees TVs not as one-directional devices for passive consumption but as interactive, intelligent partners that adapt to your needs,” says SW Yong, President and Head of Visual Display Business at Samsung Electronics. “With Samsung Vision AI, we’re reimagining what screens can do, connecting entertainment, personalisation, and lifestyle solutions into one seamless experience to simplify your life.”

With the ability to make each Samsung TV with the new tech aware of its surroundings, the sets can adapt to given preferences and be autonomous in delivering a range of intuitive features. Samsung Vision AI has been created to will help enhance entertainment, simplify interactions and seamlessly integrate into a connected lifestyle.

At the core of Samsung Vision AI are its personalisation features, which the brand claims will redefine how users interact with their TV.

Features like Click to Search offers instant information about what’s on screen — whether identifying an actor or exploring displayed content — all without disrupting the viewing experience. Live Translate, powered by an on-device AI translation model, eliminates language barriers with real-time subtitle translations on live broadcasts, allowing viewers to enjoy their content in up to seven languages. Generative Wallpaper transforms screens into dynamic, personalised art canvases, leveraging generative AI to create images tailored for any taste or occasion.

Beyond personalisation, Samsung Vision AI positions screens as central hubs for smarter living through improved integration with the Samsung SmartThings ecosystem:

Home Insights provide real-time, mobile alerts about a household environment, including safety notifications and daily updates.

Pet and Family Care gives users the option to leverage the TV’s camera and speakers to detect unusual behaviours like falls or break-ins and receive real-time updates and recorded events through the screen. Users can also choose to have this feature automatically recognise situations and adjust room settings, such as dimming the lights when owners fall asleep.

Samsung Vision AI also delivers exceptional advancements in picture and sound quality, says the maker, delivering sharper images as well as clearer sound. On-device AI picture and sound technologies analyse content and environmental factors in real time, dynamically adjusting visuals and audio for an optimised experience.

In collaboration with Microsoft, several 2025 Samsung Smart TVs and Smart Monitors will feature Microsoft Copilot. This partnership allows users to explore a wide range of Copilot services, including personalised content recommendations. Samsung also plans to work closely with leading AI partners such as Google and others to expand what Samsung Vision AI can do.
