Henley Audio has announced the return of the Pro-Ject Debut Carbon Evo turntable to the UK, now exclusively available in a satin black finish for £449, down from £499 when it left the market.
Back due to ongoing demand, it retains its one-piece carbon tonearm, precision belt drive with electronic speed control and a pre-fitted Ortofon cartridge, the Pro-Ject Debut Carbon Evo is designed to deliver performance well above its price point.
Hand-built in Europe, it blends precision engineering with carefully chosen materials such as a TPE-damped heavy steel platter and height-adjustable metal feet to reduce unwanted vibration.
The Debut Carbon Evo features an 8.6-inch one-piece carbon fibre tonearm, which provides improved rigidity and enhanced tracking. It comes fitted with an Ortofon 2M Red cartridge (pre-adjusted, £85 value) and a polished elliptical diamond stylus, ensuring minimal vinyl wear while delivering an open, dynamic sound.
A precision belt drive with electronic speed control allows seamless switching between 33, 45 and 78 rpm speeds. The heavy MDF chassis, finished in satin black, offers resonance control and stability. A semi-symmetrical phono cable with metal connectors and gold-plated RCA outputs ensures cleaner, more reliable signal transmission. A dust cover is also included.
The Debut Carbon EVO is designed not only for immediate sonic enjoyment but also for future upgrades, thanks to the wide array of Pro-Ject accessories and components available.
