Prove your humanity

Mimo, manufacturer of small-format commercial displays and AV solutions, has unveiled its next-generation Android-based line of tablets: The Adapt LTS. This rugged, enterprise-ready platform is available in a range of sizes and engineered to meet the rigorous demands of retail, corporate, healthcare and industrial environments.

Unlike consumer tablets retrofitted for commercial use, the Adapt family of tablets is built from the ground up to power 24/7 fixed installations such as digital signage, room scheduling, kiosk interfaces and industrial control panels.

Mimo’s Adapt line is designed to provide long-term product availability and consistency, without the pressure of annual refresh cycles. Manufactured in Taiwan, the range offers competitive pricing and full TAA compliance. With no internal battery, Adapt tablets eliminate battery-related hazards, making them especially well-suited for healthcare and commercial environments.

The tablets support advanced I/O options, including GPIO, RS-232, SD card slots and USB Pogo pins, allowing for versatile integration into a wide range of applications.

Each Adapt tablet is built with a durable commercial-grade housing and tempered glass for enhanced longevity. Powered by the Android 12 operating system and an ARM Cortex-A55 / RK-3568 processor, the devices deliver reliable performance.

Optional PoE and PoE++ support enable simplified deployment, while both wired and wireless Ethernet connectivity ensure flexible networking. Designed for always-on use, the tablets feature no internal battery and are fully compatible with VESA mounts for wall, kiosk, or in-wall installation.

Available models range in size from 7in to 32in, with full HD resolution offered in 13.in, 15.in, and 21.5in versions.

“Adapt LTS is the smarter successor to our popular line of tablets now with a faster processor and Android 13,” says David Anderson, Founder and CEO of Mimo. “Because the form factor looks identical to its predecessor, drop-in replacement is easy and backward compatibility is ensured to simplify customer upgrades without requiring infrastructure changes.”

Built for end-caps, kiosks, hospital rooms, shop floors and meeting rooms, Adapt tablets have already found early deployment success in sectors such as higher education and retail.

Adapt-LTS is available for order via authorized distribution channels and on www.mimomonitors.com

The full product line will be showcased at InfoComm 2025 in Orlando on June 11-13 in Booth #3061.
