PMC says it will be taking centre stage at the forthcoming ISE show, to present its premium lines for the world of high-end home theatre design and custom installation.

This year the company is working in partnership with Stewart Filmscreen, in presenting its home cinema options. All the action takes place on Stand 1-F50.

Situated behind Stewart Filmscreen’s brand new acoustically transparent borderless screen, will be the wafer2 series. PMC will also be showcasing the BB6 and QB1 from PMC’s large scale active speaker ranges. The maker says these large-scale speakers, with active DSP control, are used by many of the major Hollywood movie studios and film score composers during the creation of blockbuster films. For home theatre installations, they provide the opportunity to experience the movie sounding exactly how the director intended it to sound, giving installers a competitive edge for their customers who require a no compromise system.

The PMC stand will be staffed by a number of audio specialists, who can provide detailed information about the use of PMC speakers in home theatre applications.

Commenting on the company’s return to ISE, export sales director Miles Roberts says, “With ISE’s status as the place to showcase premium quality products for the custom installation market, there’s no better place for PMC to engage with the high-end home theatre installation sector.

“We’re delighted to be teaming up with the leading manufacturer of acoustically transparent screens, which will enable us to demonstrate the stunning sound quality of our wafer2 series speakers, when used behind a screen. We look forward to sharing the incredible experience with the many show visitors.”
