Daniel J SaitLeema Acoustics has launched a new initiative to help customers old and new during the lockdown, by direct-shipping phone and online orders placed via its UK dealer network, from the Welsh factory.
With traditional ‘bricks and mortar’ retail premises closed for the foreseeable future, Leema Acoustics is working closely with its UK dealer network to help provide a high standard of support for its customers.
Despite physical store closures, many of its retailer partners remain contactable to answer queries, offer advice and take orders. However, dealer stock is understandably limited. Therefore, any purchases made with UK retailers will be fulfilled directly by Leema Acoustics who will hand-build the order before shipping directly to the customer; retailers will remain the point of contact throughout the process.
The initiative will be in place for the duration of the lockdown and will apply to all products in the Welsh company’s range, from the hugely popular half-width Elements range, to the flagship Constellation range which includes many of Leema Acoustics’ most accomplished products, including the Tucana II Anniversary Edition integrated amplifier, Sirius streaming music server and the Hydra II/ (below) Hydra II Anniversary Edition, power amplifiers.
