Jordan O'BrienVogel’s has launched its latest TV mounting solution, the SoundMount – a leading edge bracket which incorporates a soundbar with wireless subwoofer.
SoundMount has been specifically designed to enhance the TV audio experience with a sleek design and easy installation. It has already received both the iF and Red Dot Product design awards, praising the design of the mount.
James Attfield of Turnstone AV, the UK distributors of Vogel’s, says: “Vogel’s is appreciated worldwide for its innovative, high quality TV wall brackets. And in its search to bring consumers the optimal viewing and listening experience, it has focussed on developing a unique TV wall mount with an integrated soundbar solution.”
Unlike speakers that remain in a fixed position on the wall, the SoundMount turns with the TV up to 120° left or right. It always faces the viewer so the picture and sound effects are fully in sync with each other to create the best acoustics.
The SoundMount has been engineered to fill any room with deep, clear sound with 150W of power output from the soundbar and an additional 150W from the subwoofer. It also allows music streaming from a smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth audio streaming.
SoundMount can support screens from 40 to 65in (max. of 30 kg) and can be installed by being mounted onto a wall and plugged in.
While installers can connect the soundbar to the TV using Bluetooth technology, the soundbar also comes equipped with an HDMI Arc input for connecting using a cable. In fact it comes equipped with two HDMI inputs and one HDMI output. Other connections include S/PDIF optical input and two mini jacks.
The device is constructed of robust, high quality materials, with everything installers need to mount it included. The same TV remote to control the TV can be used to control the SoundMount. When the TV is turned on and off, the SoundMount goes on and off as well.
