Crestron scored a hole in one with Tiger Woods’ new luxury golf resort, Bluejack National in Houston.

The residential community will feature Crestron home automation systems to control lighting, security, shades and built-in speakers, according to the Houston Business Journal.

For security purposes, residents can interact with the front gate through the system.

The homes will also be equipped with smart door locks, which will be connected to an App that monitors when the home is accessed and will notify residents when the housecleaning staff leaves.

When residents are hungry, they can use a touchscreen in the control system to order food from the clubhouse. They can also upgrade to a mirror TV in the great room.

Bluejack National is a 755-acre development that will include 28 member suites (800-1,200sq-f), 96 cottages (1,800-2,300sq-f), 23 Sunday homes (2,800-3,300sq-f), five homesteads (3 acres) and 234 estate lots for custom estate homesites (one half to one-and-a-half acres).

The $100 million resort community will include an 18-hole PGA championship-level golf course.
