Prove your humanity

James Loudspeaker designer and manufacturer of high quality décor-friendly entertainment products for both residential and commercial applications, has announced the appointment of Habitech Ltd to distribute its products in the UK and Ireland. James Loudspeaker is known for providing the high-quality architectural loudspeakers including customised solutions, enabling integrators to give their clients a tailored solution.

“James Loudspeaker will beautifully address a niche for our dealers, providing standard and customised architectural speaker solutions,” says Habitech MD Jonathan Pengilley. “From their Small Aperture speakers to their Home Theatre and Landscape products, James Loudspeaker is a welcome addition to the Habitech product range.”

Unlike most audio brands, James Loudspeaker controls the complete product development cycle including design, engineering and manufacturing under one roof at its Minden, Nevada headquarters.

This resource continuity gives James the ability to create hundreds of custom products every year to accommodate the needs of integration specialists.

Now Habitech says its customers will have access to the brand solutions for residential, commercial and marine installations. James Loudspeaker offers outdoor (landscape) systems as well as cinema quality solutions for dedicated home theatre and the growing media room category.

In addition, James has a presence in the luxury yacht market due to its specialised customisation for bespoke applications and the fact that all James’ speakers can be manufactured to operate in a marine environment.

“Having worked closely with Habitech on Sonance distribution over the last ten years, we know what a great job the company does in representing Sonance products and in supporting its dealer network. “Through Habitech, James is excited to be working with top integration companies in the UK and Ireland,” says James Loudspeaker EMEA International Sales Director Adrian Ickeringill. “We are committed to solving just about any challenge that our integrators encounter in the field and look forward to bringing our unique approach to Habitech’s customers.”

The news follows the acquisition of the James brand by Sonance last year.
