Pulse-Eight has entered into a distribution agreement with Netherlands-based distributor Dimex as part of the company’s international expansion.
Dimex already distributes for a number of high-profile AV brands, including Cambridge Audio, Melco and Spendor, with Pulse-Eight hoping to lean on its expertise to help push the company’s neo line-up of video distribution products.
“neo matrixes are designed with the installer and end user in mind, with their built in support for CEC and a powerful web interface these systems allow quick and easy installation and even easier use by the end user, regardless of the technical knowledge of the end user,” says Martin Ellis, Pulse-Eight managing director.
“Every neo matrix phones home to our cloud based management platform, installers can continually monitor the performance of their deployment, get advanced notice if the end customer might be getting into difficulty and help avoid unnecessary callouts.
“Working with a responsive distributor such as Dimex allows us to deliver this solution effectively into the Benelux markets and our technology complements and enhances the strong portfolio of brands and solutions they currently provide to their installers.”
Dimex will be utilising its dedicated and experienced team of technology and sales professionals to push Pulse-Eight products in Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
“We have been looking for a video distribution solution partner for some time and when we discovered neo we knew we didn’t need to look anymore. Our customers need an unrivalled solution at a competitive price point and we have found a perfect match with Pulse-Eight,” adds René Degens, business development manager for Dimex.
The Benelux region is not the only place to get Pulse-Eight products via a new distributor – the company also revealed a new distributor for Spain and Portugal, giving custom installers a new video distribution option in that region.
