Celebrating 75 years, Cabasse has unveiled a new statement product, LA SPHERE EVO.
Celebrating its 75th anniversary (1950–2025) and building on its acoustic expertise and wireless audio technology, the brand unveils its new masterpiece. In 2006, Cabasse introduced LA SPHÈRE, a one-of-a-kind stereo system featuring quadri-coaxial technology, created to captivate music lovers in search of excellence. This system, which requires external equipment (Cabasse amplifiers with a 4-way digital stereo processor, preamplifier and high-resolution Cabasse streamer), is still handcrafted to order in the brand’s Brittany workshops. A true icon, LA SPHÈRE remains a major source of inspiration for Cabasse engineers. Building on this success, the brand has envisioned a new, more compact system that incorporates its finest acoustic and software technologies, delivering a unique sound experience with LA SPHERE EVO.
For high sound quality, extreme precision and absolute purity, Cabasse selected ultra-high performance speakers, designed and manufactured in its Brest (Brittany) workshops.
• The renowned TCA tri-coaxial driver (high, midrange, and low-midrange based on aramid fibers), already featured in the brand’s most prestigious models, including LA SPHÈRE, ensures faithful and precise reproduction of timbres.
• Bass: 2 x 30 cm HELD drivers in push-push configuration for optimal vibration control.
• Amplification: 4 amplifiers per speaker for a total output of 10,200 W RMS – 127 dB.
• Extended frequency range: 14 Hz – 27,000 Hz.
• Latest-generation DSP processing for total sound immersion, extreme precision, and uncompromising dynamics.

Compactness and Simplicity
Described as a true feat of integration, this 4-way active stereo system houses all amplifiers, DACs, and streamers in a base just 7 cm thick. No cables, no external amplifiers to install or configure. Easy to install and use, its performance is optimised thanks to an integrated microphone inside the speaker, which enables automatic room calibration for acoustic adaptation.
In addition, the system is easy to control using the Cabasse StreamCONTROL app, allowing precise and customisable adjustments. The speakers are compatible with the Cabasse multi-room ecosystem and are Roon Ready.

The challenge
To challenge was to retain the aesthetic lineage of LA SPHÈRE (standing 1.40 meters tall and weighing 98 kg) in a smaller product, LA SPHERE EVO measures ‘only’ 1.34 meters and weighs 60 kg. The central stand has been replaced with an exclusive, fluid-shaped base inspired by Cabasse’s signature Lissajous curves—an airy design crafted in mirror-polished chrome, which discreetly conceals all wiring. New grilles feature intricate wave-like patterns, revealing glimpses of the speakers.
The line is entirely designed by Cabasse’s in-house teams in France, each speaker is individually crafted and tested in an anechoic chamber at the brand’s workshops in Brittany.
To commemorate the brand’s 75th anniversary, each speaker is individually numbered with a plaque affixed to its base. A lifetime warranty on speaker drivers is also included.
