Bang & Olufsen is keen to point out that operating the BeoLink Multiroom is ‘as easy as turning on and off the lights’.
When the music is playing, all a user need do is touch a Bang & Olufsen product to join the Multiroom experience – in any part of a home.
Naturally, a Bang & Olufsen TV can also join the Multiroom experience through the BeoRemote One or the new BeoMusic App, which offers a transparent overview of the system.
Rooms can be linked or unlinked using the BeoRemote One or the BeoMusic App – and when leaving the home, devices can be put on stand-by with a simple one-touch gesture.
At the heart of the BeoLink Multiroom set-up is the music system, BeoSound Moment, which adapts to a user’s listening patterns and selects music that fits with the relevant time of day.
Not stopping there, the BeoLink Multiroom also breathes new life into classic Bang & Olufsen products.
With the BeoLink converter a user can connect products such as the BeoSound 9000 or the turntable BeoGram 4000 to the Multiroom experience.
All BeoLink Multiroom products remain up-to-date through software updates that provide new features and functions.
“Bang & Olufsen products are not commodities that you buy and throw away,” said Marie Kristine Schmidt, vice president, brand, design and marketing, Bang & Olufsen.
“With BeoLink Multiroom we emphasise our commitment to our customers by creating a set-up that allows you to unite new and classical products via state-of-the art wireless technology.”
