Jordan O'BrienControl4 has released six new models of its Triad R Series round in-ceiling speakers. These new models have been designed for dealers, builders, architects, and homeowners, with more installation configurations and options available to installers than ever before.

Triad R06 Speaker
Engineered to deliver high-quality audio for builders, contractors, and homeowners who want an affordable whole-home audio option without sacrificing audio quality, the R06 speakers are available for $235 MSRP per pair and feature a 6.5in, durable, long-life polypropylene woofer, and a 3/4in aimable, cloth dome tweeter, providing installation flexibility and crystal-clear sound.
Triad R10 Series Speakers
The four new models in the R10 Series offer homeowners the refined, musical quality of Triad speakers for every room of their home. Each model is built around reinforced poly-mica woofers for superior bass and are available in 5 1/4in for $225 MSRP per pair (R15), 6 1/2in for $290 MSRP per pair (R16), and 8 1/2in for $335 MSRP per pair (R18).
The models are voice-matched, allowing homeowners to mix and match speakers to meet the needs of each room while providing identical tonal qualities throughout the home. Each model also features an aimable Teteron dome tweeter delivering full, natural sound and flexible installation options. The R18DT is priced at $275 MSRP per speaker and features an 8 1/2in woofer and dual aimable tweeters for smaller rooms, or when premium stereo sound is required from a single speaker.
Triad R28DT Speaker
The Triad R20 Series uses components including carbon fibre woofers for tight, deep bass and 1in aimable silk dome tweeters for smooth, clear highs. Existing models in the R20 Series include the R25 with 5 1/4in woofer, the R26 with 6 1/2in woofer and R28 featuring an 8 1/2in woofer. Joining the R20 Series today for $325 MSRP per speaker is the R28DT, which incorporates an 8 1/2in woofer and dual tweeters, ideal for tight spaces where premium stereo sound is desired. The Triad R20 Series is voice-matched to allow for a variety of speaker configuration options, while providing identical tonal qualities throughout the home.
All R Series models feature an ultra-slim, magnetic micro-frame round grill and optional square grill, for a low-profile design that blends seamlessly into any décor. The grills are available in white, and all Triad speakers are available with custom paint matching for those looking for the ultimate in discreet installations.
