Habitech will complete its end-to-end network offering at TechFest 10G with WatchGuard Technologies’ network security.
Via simple plug-and-play installation and configuration, its cost-effective Firebox T Series of Unified Threat Management (UTM) appliances offers integrators and their customers an easily installed defence against a rising tide of cyber criminality including advanced malware, ransomware, botnets, trojans, viruses, drive-by downloads, data loss and phishing.
Plugging easily into the LAN backbone, the T15, T35 and T55 UTM firewall boxes are particularly suited to residential and small business applications, scaling to accommodate up to 35 users, offering up to 5 wired Gigabit network connections and supporting as many as 20 APs managed in the Cloud or through a built-in wireless controller.
‘Total’ and ‘Basic’ Security Suite packages are available on all Firebox solutions allowing flexibility in threat level management. Services range from traditional IPS, GAV, application control, spam blocking, and web filtering at the ‘Basic’ level, to more advanced services for protection against advanced malware, ransomware, and the loss of sensitive data. WatchGuard also offers a full suite of network visibility and management services from its WatchGuard Dimension solution, packaged with every T Series firewall.
When the feed from thousands of installed Firebox UTMs shows that network attacks more than doubled from Q1 to Q2 in 2019, WatchGuard’s T series offers the smartest and easiest network protection available. In Q2 alone, WatchGuard Fireboxes blocked 22,619,836 malware variants across all three anti-malware engines and prevented 2,265,425 network attacks.
Habitech will also be offering WatchGuard’s ‘DNSWatchGO’ service, which provides cloud-based DNS-level protection, content filtering and monitoring, ideal for mobile devices outside of the network, without requiring a VPN.
WatchGuard’s security solutions are part of a range of new product introductions at TechFest 10G, Basingstoke January 21-22.
