Daniel J SaitCEDIA has announced the finalists for this year’s Smart Home Awards EMEA ceremony, which will take place on October 23 at London’s Natural History Museum.
This year’s new finalists reflect CEDIA’s global theme ‘Beyond What You See’ as the awards mark their 20-year anniversary.
Matt Nimmons, CEDIA managing director EMEA, says, “Our finalists demonstrate just how far the smart home industry has come. Their work captures the creativity, technical precision and forward-thinking approach that continue to shape connected living across the region, perfectly reflecting our global theme.”
Companies making the finals come from; Saudi Arabia, India, Germany, Kenya, the UAE, UK, Greece, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium and Jersey.

Each entry has been assessed by a global panel of industry experts adhering to category-specific criteria.
Depending on the nature of the award, judges considered elements like technical execution, design integration, innovation, business performance and overall impact.
The event will be once again supported by Monitor Audio as headline sponsor, Control4 as drinks reception sponsor and Zennio as after party sponsor. There will also be additional support from associate sponsors CUK Group, Lutron and Sonos.
CEDIA is offering an early bird discount rate on tickets up until August 28.
