Fidelity Imports UK has been appointed the exclusive UK distribution partner for JMGO, bringing the smart projection brand to the UK market through a new long-term partnership.

Founded in 2011, JMGO has established a growing international reputation for intelligent projection products that combine advanced optical engineering, smart technology and distinctive industrial design.

A key focus for the brand is its continued development of laser projection technology, including its MALC triple-laser optical platform, alongside innovative gimbal-based designs that provide greater flexibility in how and where large-screen entertainment can be enjoyed.

The partnership represents an important expansion of the Fidelity Imports UK portfolio into the premium home entertainment and projection category, complementing its existing specialist audio business while opening new opportunities with retailers operating across hi-fi, home cinema and premium consumer electronics.

Fidelity Imports UK will lead the development of JMGO in the UK, supporting the brand across sales, retail development, marketing, PR, product education and ongoing channel support.

Jockey Lee, Business Development Manager, EMEA at JMGO, comments, “The UK is an important market for JMGO as we continue to develop our presence across Europe. We see significant opportunities for our projection technology, particularly as more consumers look for flexible, high-quality big-screen entertainment solutions for their homes.

“In Fidelity Imports UK, we have found a partner that understands the importance of building a brand through strong retail relationships, product knowledge and focused market development. We are excited to work together to introduce JMGO to more UK consumers and establish a strong foundation for long-term growth.”

Peter Tyson named exclusive UK retail launch partner for JMGO

As part of the UK launch strategy, Fidelity Imports UK has agreed an exclusive retail launch partnership with Peter Tyson through to 31 January 2027.

The arrangement will see Peter Tyson become the first UK retail partner under the new distribution structure, creating a focused launch platform for JMGO and allowing both businesses to concentrate activity behind product awareness, demonstration, education and customer engagement during the important Christmas trading period.

Tom Hill, Category Manager at Peter Tyson, comments, “We’re delighted to be working with Fidelity Imports UK as the exclusive retail launch partner for JMGO. The brand brings something genuinely exciting to the home entertainment category, combining impressive projection technology with innovative designs that make large-screen viewing more accessible and flexible for customers.

“We see a real opportunity for JMGO in the UK market, particularly as consumers increasingly explore alternatives to traditional large-screen televisions. Being involved from the outset allows us to work closely with Fidelity Imports UK to introduce the range, build awareness and help customers discover what JMGO has to offer.”

From February 2027, Fidelity Imports UK plans to begin selectively developing a broader network of retail partners as the JMGO business and UK market presence grows.

Jamie McKay, Managing Director of Fidelity Imports UK, adds, “JMGO is a particularly exciting addition for us because it takes Fidelity Imports UK into another important area of the premium home entertainment market while retaining many of the principles we look for in the brands we represent: genuine technology, distinctive product design and a clear reason for the customer to engage with the product.

“Projection has changed significantly. JMGO combines high-performance large-screen viewing with intelligent setup, innovative form factors and a much more accessible user experience. We believe that creates a substantial opportunity in the UK, both with traditional home cinema customers and with a much wider audience looking for an alternative way to enjoy big-screen entertainment at home.”
