Prove your humanity

CEDIA is calling on members to become CEDIA instructors ahead of ISE 2020. The association plans on once again providing a comprehensive education programme with sessions covering a variety of topics relevant for the home technology industry, but it needs volunteers to provide that training.

For those willing to volunteer, CEDIA is promising many benefits. CEDIA says that volunteers will gain enhanced status within the industry, showcasing them as subject matter experts to both prospective clients and fellow industry peers, while it also provides a huge platform in which to share key knowledge that could push the industry forward.

“CEDIA instructors are an essential part of shaping the next generation of technology integrators,” comments Matt Nimmons, Managing Director of CEDIA EMEA.

“This opportunity will give members the chance to lead training sessions and pass on their expertise at the biggest industry event in Europe next year. We encourage anyone who has an interest in widening the industry’s knowledge to become a CEDIA instructor, and look forward to welcoming new, enthusiastic members to our team at ISE 2020.”

In 2019, CEDIA provided a four-day professional development programme with over 30 different courses, covering technical skills, emerging trends, and business success, with over 500 installers attending the sessions. It’s hoping to replicate that success at ISE 2020.
