The Bristol Hi-Fi Show celebrates its 40th anniversary in 2027, returning to Delta Hotels by Marriott Bristol City Centre from Friday 26th to Sunday 28th February 2027. First held in 1987, Bristol has grown into the UK’s largest and longest-running specialist Hi-Fi show.
Visitors can explore Hi-Fi, home cinema and headphones from over 110 brands, including Bluesound, DALI, Dynaudio, JBL, Sennheiser and Wilson Benesch, with more still to be confirmed. From turntables and streaming systems to speakers and amplifiers, there’s equipment at a wide range of prices, from ideas for a first system to more ambitious setups.
Organised by Audio T, the UK’s oldest independent specialist Hi-Fi retailer, the show’s 40th anniversary follows Audio T’s own celebration of 60 years in business in 2026. Over four decades, Bristol’s demonstration rooms have introduced visitors to new equipment, new music and sometimes a completely different way of hearing a favourite album.
Whether you’re a student with a passion for music, a die-hard audiophile, a family who loves an immersive film night, or just someone discovering great sound for the first time, there’s something for everyone.
Brad Tyler, Head of Marketing for Audio T, says, “Bristol is one of the biggest dates in the international hi-fi calendar, bringing visitors and people from across the industry together for a weekend of music, conversation and some fantastic hi-fi and home cinema. There’s always plenty of new equipment to hear and just as much enjoyment in catching up with familiar faces or chatting to someone you’ve just met. That shared enthusiasm is what makes the show special. Our 40th year is a celebration of everyone who’s helped make it what it is and the music and equipment we all love.”
Visitors can speak directly to the manufacturers, designers and experts behind the equipment and get advice on making the most of their system at home, enjoy
show-only offers from leading brands, hear demos and take part in competitions and giveaways.
Product launches and live demonstrations will give visitors plenty to discover across the three days, and further exhibitor news will be announced as February approaches.
For those seeking a calmer experience at the show, they are encouraged to visit on Sunday to enjoy taking things at an easier pace and for a more relaxed atmosphere, with shorter queues, smoother access to demo rooms and more time to talk with experts.
