Daniel J SaitTrade only distributor Alltrade has appointed Intrinsic Dev as the company’s official Training and Technical Support Partner, throughout the UK.
Intrinsic Dev will offer Certified Training for all ELAN products distributed by Alltrade as well as delivering second line tech support to installers.
Alltrade has been supplying ELAN since early 2019, seeing the opportunity it affords the company’s expansive UK customer base.
Lee Harding of Alltrade explains the decision to bring in Intrinsic Dev, “We recognise ELAN is a brand that will thrive for us if we invest in the best training and technical support available for our customers.
“Intrinsic Dev was the obvious choice for us, not just for their expansive driver portfolio, but their long history with the brand including their team having been directly involved in the most complex installations in Europe. This combination puts us in an unrivalled position and sets our customers up for success.”
The partnership also sees Ronan McTernan and Sam Breen reunited, who together were previously responsible for much of ELAN’s UK growth.
Intrinsic Dev will be hosting their first Level 1 ELAN Training in November for Alltrade dealers with the opportunity to progress through five stages of training ensuring a high level of understanding and expertise.
