Prove your humanity

Bolstering its on-line presence alongside the recent substantial investment in Trade Counters across the UK, Alltrade has unveiled its latest generation website. Leveraging cloud-based IT systems, fibre connectivity and the fastest web servers available, the new site focuses on a slick multi-platform interface and intuitive navigation.

With Alltrade now offering over 5,000 lines for CI, AV, Home Automation and TV signal distribution professionals, the company wanted to make it easier to find, select and order its products.

Comments Alltrade MD, Steve Simper, “Our original website was ground-breaking when it launched way back in 1995. It allowed our trade customers to check stock, get live pricing and place orders online, which was revolutionary for trade distribution at the time. Our new 4th generation website continues to lead the way, capitalising on our cutting-edge IT infrastructure and designed by the award-winning Madison Web Solutions.”

The new site is mobile and tablet friendly with completeorder history, product favourite lists and the ability to save complete ordersas templates. Instant payment can be made via stored credit cards and Alltradeoffers extensive credit facilities subject to status.

Users can also leaveproduct reviews, save/change and delete various delivery addresses or use the website’s new ‘click and collect’ feature from any Alltrade Trade Counter. With Alltrade using its own fleet of vehicles for the majority of next-day deliveries, regular customers can benefit from a working relationship with the long-standing drivers and Alltrade’s trusted key-holding service to drop off stock when no-one is available.

In addition to the extensive product portfolio with live stock levels, the new site offers a complete calendar and on-line booking for Alltrade’s nationwide installer training seminars. There are links to key events and access to the Alltrade Technical Team for specialist support and its free project planning service. Linked to Alltrade’s social media presence with its regular new product announcements, the new site is reportedly already seeing a stream of new trade visitors signing up as Alltrade customers.
