Brought to life by integration experts Clarke Infinity using Control4 as the backbone, this smart home project was built around a family’s vision of comfort, wellness and connection — a home designed for entertainment, relaxation and total peace of mind.
The owners wanted a space that could do it all: somewhere to enjoy film nights, host friends, exercise, work, unwind and reflect. Meeting this brief required not just technical skill but an understanding of how the family wanted to live each day. Clarke Infinity responded with a design that blends luxury with practicality, ensuring every room has both purpose and personality.
Entertainment at the Heart
At the core of the home is a luxurious cinema room, a dedicated space where the family gathers for their favourite films which features a state-of-the-art 135-inch Adeo Screens FramePro screen. This entertainment hub flows naturally into a pool room and spa area, linked by an ingenious folding wall that transforms the space from a tranquil retreat to a vibrant leisure zone. The result is a versatile, family-focused environment that delivers an instant ‘wow factor’ every time it’s revealed.
Every detail has been carefully considered. Adaptable acoustics in the pool room maintain sound quality whether the wall is open or closed, while the adjoining gym and spa facilities bring wellness and technology together in perfect harmony.
The Pool Room was conceived as a flexible entertainment space capable of shifting effortlessly into a lively party setting. A removable dancefloor is supported by carefully considered acoustic design, ensuring the right mood can be created for social occasions. The Acoustic treatments were integrated throughout the space to establish a strong sonic base, complemented by discreetly installed Sonance speakers that deliver high-impact audio when the room comes to life.
Comfort with a Conscience
Energy efficiency was a key focus for this multi-level property. Clarke Infinity introduced a sophisticated heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) automation system that constantly monitors and adjusts temperatures across different zones. Advanced lighting control uses sensors, presets and timers to reduce waste, while automated blinds and curtains play their part in regulating light and warmth. During the day, they make the most of solar energy, and at night, they help retain heat and maintain privacy.
Together, these smart systems ensure North Lodge is as sustainable as it is comfortable, reflecting the family’s commitment to responsible living.

With reliable high-speed networking and robust Wi-Fi throughout, North Lodge is equipped for modern work and family life. A dedicated office integrates with the home’s wider automation system, making remote working efficient and distraction-free.
The technology at North Lodge is designed around simplicity. Pre-programmed lighting scenes, automated window treatments and an intuitive security setup all work in harmony with the family’s daily routines. At sunset, blinds and curtains close automatically while exterior lighting creates a warm evening atmosphere — a subtle but effective reminder of how technology can enhance every moment.
Even the heating system demonstrates exceptional precision, responding to temperature changes in real time and using external sensors to demist windows when needed. Small details such as timed towel rails add a final touch of luxury, ensuring comfort is built into every corner of the home.
